what kind of foam is everyone using in their masks? I keep hearing about pour in foam? anyone have a link to this pour in foam? help thanx-joe

2 part cold pour foam. You can order it from monstermakers website. First you need to make a ducktape dummy of your head.

This is one way to do it.

First use the original sculpting bust. You must use mold release on the bust.

It is inserted into the original mold so that none of the features of the mask is distorted.
Then the two part cold foam is mixed and poured in.

This is what it looks like with the core installed and locked in place. That way the eyes are in the correct place.

This is the foam after it has cured.

This is the mask after it has been foamed. It’s ready for paint.

thanx for the infor so far. There is one problem however, i dont possess the head mold. Any other suggestions?-thanx-joe
